Workshop Outline

The goal of this short workshop is to introduce you to the basic concepts of the Bonsai visual programming language. By the end of the course you should be able to:

• Use Bonsai to create data acquisition and processing pipelines
• Create your own closed-loop behaviour systems using Bonsai and an Arduino microcontroller
• Know what is a Bonsai workflow and what it represents
• Feel more comfortable with the Bonsai user interface
